The accommodation was clean and the staff were polite, fulfilling every request we had. The location is fantastic, as it is only a ten-minute walk from South Yarra station. The building has an elegant style and there is an in-house bar that offers complimentary drinks.

The room is modern with a separate living room and carpet, fantastic and convenient location near the station with an impressive heated pool and nearby parking.

I had a late flight out of Victoria and requested a late checkout. The front desk staff at Mgallery were incredibly accommodating and allowed me to stay in my room until midday. This made my travel experience so much more convenient and stress-free. I really appreciated their flexibility and understanding.

The building and rooms here are nicely furnished with all the amenities and it's situated in a great location near a train station.

You have to pay extra for films, the spa in the room was tiny and difficult for two people, the view was nothing short of 3 star and the pool was dull.

We were greeted with a complementary botttle of champagne. Room was very large and comforatble. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Room service and mini bar food was incredibly expensive.

I was thrilled with our choice of hotel! The location was perfect, being near many shops and restaurants. We were able to discover fabulous eateries within just a few minutes' walk. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a deep bath tub, which added a luxurious touch to our stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included, with lovely filtered coffee available too.

Nothing to fault - our stay was perfect!

Our stay at the Como was excellent, especially at the start when we arrived late on a Friday evening feeliing quite tired, to a warm, friendly and efficient greeting from all staff members. Our room was very comfortable, especially the bed, and had been nicely refurbished since we stayed at the hotel last year. The location of the hotel is very convenient with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Como manages to consistently combine a high standard of care with very relaxed and friendly service.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

My experience at the Como Melbourne was faultless. The staff were all amazing, the room was palatial and the hotel was immaculate. My only criticism is that the pool closed at 10pm. I work every night until 10:30pm and would have loved to have had a swim upon returning to the hotel.

The breakfast served here includes delicious high-quality ingredients, and the location is fantastic, just a short walk from a train station.

During my recent stay at The Como, I was delighted by the attention to detail and customer service. The staff went above and beyond, even calling me before my arrival to ensure everything was in order. They also accommodated my early flight by having my room ready for check-in at 10am. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and shopping. The rooftop pool deck was a wonderful place to relax, although more poolside lounges would have been ideal. The deluxe room with a spa bath was spacious and well-kept, and the included breakfast had a great variety of options. The late checkout until 1pm was a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend The Como for its exceptional service and enjoyable amenities.

The whole expereince was wonderful; the staff friendly, courteous and very very helpful. The room itself was very well appointed, very comfortable, very clean, the bathroom roomy, the spa absolutely fabulous so much so that I want to install one in my own bathroom. The bed very comfortable. Room facilities spacious and complete. All in all, the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

(One minor maintenance problem; the toilet continually flushed, had to manually reset from push button on top of cistern) but I reported it.

Both room and bathroom were classy and huge. Rooftop (covered) swimming pool is a nice touch Neighbourhood is one of the best in Melbourne
